The purpose of this page is to give you an overview of features, features coming soon, integration possibilities and quick access to the helpdesk through the product.


The explore page will appear as the initial login page for admin users when navigating to your basic portal address. E.g. businessname.maxcontact.com or businessname.maxcontact.com/managerportal. It will not appear if you navigate to any specific page URL such as businessname.maxcontact.com/managerportal/ctu.

Wherever you are in the product, you can access the page by selecting your user profile and select the Explore page option.

Page options

At the top of the page, you have 3 options.

Report a problem will open up our ticketing system where you can contact the support team with your problem.

Help Centre will take you to our knowledge base where you can access guides and information on all areas of the product.

Request a feature will take you to the page where you can see features requested by others, request your own feature suggestions and see what's coming. Our team of Product Owners regularly monitor this and reply to all suggestions.

Cards

Cards will give you several options.

The cards in 'Latest features', 'Channels' and 'Settings & Features' display different features available. If you are able to access the feature, you can click the 2 icons.
This shortcut will take you to the relevant page.
This will open a dialog box with more information.

If a feature is currently not in use/unavailable, you can select the card.

Hovering over it will display a padlock which you can click to reveal a dialog box that will allow you to contact support regarding the specific feature.

Integrations

A section of the page displays all current integrations available, including Speech analytics, Bulk SMS and WFM via the Puzzel card.
