Product Updates
User Portal/Contact Hub
Voice call controls. The call controls now feature updated styling, and the quick actions menu has been replaced with a new icon menu, with quick actions moved to that menu. The Cancel Address Book Transfer button has been replaced with a standard hang-up icon but retains its original function. Styling has also been refreshed when doing warm transfers.
Digital tabs. The Queue and Assigned to Me tabs in the left campaign navigation have been restyled, what were previously tabs are now displayed as buttons for a cleaner, more modern look.
Transfers. Users can now transfer calls in Contact Hub even when handling multiple calls at once, aligning the experience with Web Agent. The previous restriction, where the transfer option was disabled if more than one call was active has been removed.
Manager Portal/Admin
IVRs. We’ve improved how IVR updates are handled to reduce the risk of silent failures. This update ensures users are properly informed if an IVR update might not have been applied as expected.
