This has been written to help you access certain features of the Enlighten system with MaxContact.


 

 

 

 


 

How to create an account

 

Login to Enlighten with an existing account or register a new user;

To create a login, click the 'Register' button and complete the 'Register New User fields;

Note - The details entered must match those of the invoice i.e. Postcode format the same.

You will then receive an email with your username and password details (If it doesn't appear in your inbox, be sure to check your junk folder);

How to find your bills

On the home screen, select 'View Invoices' from the tabs at the top.

You will then see a list of all the invoices for that period, which you can then download or see itemisation for by selecting 'View Details';

to dl click the download option which will take you to

You should notice under status it will say 'download ready', click that to download the requested invoice.

This action will download the the pdf of said invoice.

 

 

 

 

How to download CDR’s

Firstly, select the download tab.

Select a billing period (the latest 3 will be visible by default) from the dropdown.

On the righthand side you will see 4 options;

 

Invoice Summary - This will give you a PDF summary of the invoice (as per the previous process) but allows you to look at individual numbers if required.

To select individual number invoices, set 'Billing Group' to 'Telephone calls and services' then select the number you require from the 'Phone Number' drop down.

Invoice File - This will give you a more 'general' invoice in excel format showing all numbers and charges for those numbers.

Itemisation CSV - This is where you get the CDRs from (Call Data Records). This breaks down each numbers calls with charges, number called from, number dialled etc. (Time on here is counted in seconds).

Again, all groups will do all numbers. Tel calls and services allows you to select individual ones.

Reports


Firstly, select the reports tab.

In this section you will find several different reports you can use;

All reports generate automatically on screen and can be downloaded in several formats if required.

 

 

The most informative reports are the call profile reports;

Call profile detail - cost

This shows which type of calls you have been doing. It will split the costs and show you the 'call type' which you can filter your CDRs by, allowing you see the individual numbers called for each type.

 

 

Call profile detail - duration

This report is broken down in the same way as above bust displays the duration per type rather than cost.
