Target Comparison
This is a legacy feature which is currently under development and may display differently to what is described here.
The Target Comparison widget shows how the statistic is fairing against targets set on the Targets page. By default, the widget shows information for average Handle Time.
Targets are set in the Admin > Targets page of MaxContact.
The widget displays a coloured arrow which changes depending on performance.
Clicking on the settings icon will present the following dialog box;
Target - The drop-down gives you the statistic options to display within the widget. Currently theses are;
- Avg Handle Time
- Avg Talk Time
- Burns PH
- Conv %
- Excep %
- Productivity Time
- Success PH
- Wrap Time
Auto Resize Text - Gives you the option of the text automatically resizing when the widget is resized in the dashboard or you can resize the text manually.
Show all targets - When enabled, will place a line on the target bar to indicate where the target is in relation to current performance.
