General. Infrastructure improvements to enhance the overall product architecture, ensuring better performance, reliability, and scalability.


User Portal/Contact Hub

Digital Interactions. We’ve fixed an issue where reference details entered during an interaction with a new Contact weren’t appearing in Recordings Playback, downloaded call history, or the database history table.

Callbacks. We’ve resolved an issue that prevented Sunday callbacks from appearing due to a timezone-related conflict. When time differences pushed the callback into the following day, it was incorrectly excluded from weekly searches - this has now been corrected.


As well as the highlighted areas above, there have also been several quality-of-life improvements and software stability fixes added to the product. 
New additions are currently in the beta phase of production. You may see this icon for areas containing these features and changes within the product.
