In this release, we have added some updates to the powerful Custom Data Fetching feature as well as some fixes to other areas. As usual, the minor quality of life enhancements and UI improvements are included.
Product Updates
Manager Portal/Management
Schedules. Digital campaigns were not switching to a ‘running’ state as scheduled, despite appearing active in the front end. This issue has now been resolved.
Manager Portal/Data
Custom Data Fetching (CDF). We’ve added more details to the Plans page of CDF, to clarify how the custom data filters work, addressing any confusion experienced by a small number of clients.
Custom Data Fetching (CDF). An issue that limited the number of CDF queries on the Customer Data Fetching Plans page in certain cases has been resolved. You can now add queries without restrictions.
Manager Portal/BI
Dash & Wallboards. Users created through SSO and Bulk User Import are now correctly displayed in dashboards following a recent fix.
User Portal/WebAgent
Omnichannel. An issue where users could receive both a web chat and a call simultaneously, due to system timing, has been resolved to prevent this from happening.
User Portal/Contact Hub
Reference ID. When creating a new contact, you can add a ‘reference ID’ for any purpose. Previously, this field was only visible in WebAgent but has been added to Contact Hub in this release.
Scripts. When selecting a new or different Contact in Contact Hub, the script now automatically refreshes, so you no longer need to do it manually.
