How to update and rename views in SpoknAI
This guide shows you how to update and rename views within Spokn AI. Allowing you to easily manage and organise the views utilised in your day-to-day operations.
1. Navigate to the Spokn AI Dashboard.
2. Select the view to update.
3. Click the "Filters" options.
4. Update the filter towards your specific needs.
5. With the filters set up, select 'Apply'.
6. A warning will display that changes have been made to th current view.
7. To save the changes, select 'Save Changes'.
Or to revert the changes, select 'Reset'.
8. Selecting 'Create New' will generate a new view with the applied filters.
Selecting 'Update Existing' will overwrite the current view, with the newly applied filters.
9. The updated changes will now reflect within the view as seen in the left-hand side panel.
10. To rename the view, select onto 'More options'.
11. Click "Rename"
12. Enter a name for the view.
13. Click "Save".
14. The view will be saved to the left-hand panel. Select the view to apply the filters to the dashboard.
