In this update we have updated audio connections to avoid an issue when a users computer goes to sleep mode, as well as this, we've added some general UI and performance enhancements to the product.

Manager Portal/General

WebRTC. Fixed a rare issue where some agents’ softphones couldn’t reconnect after their devices went to sleep during breaks. Agents can now resume calls without interruption.


As well as the highlighted areas above, there have also been some minor quality-of-life improvements and software stability fixes added to the product. 
New additions are currently in the Beta phase of production. You may see this icon for areas containing these features and changes within the product.
