When you select an individual call from a list, you will be taken to a unique URL for that call. This allows you to pass on the analysis of the call to someone else without them having to search for the call in the system.
Across the top you can see the detail of the conversation.
You can see the playback option with the sentiment for each speaker.
You can also view the summary, transcript and history of the conversation.
