Included in this update, we have an update to integrations with NICE WFM, 2 specific fixes to the product plus the usual UI and performance enhancements.
Product Updates
Manager Portal/Integrations
NICE WFM. We’ve improved the integration between MaxContact and NICE WFM, allowing up to 10 MaxContact systems to connect to a single NICE WFM system through one connection. This enhancement helps reduce costs for clients managing multiple MaxContact systems.
Import Leads. We’ve fixed an issue where importing leads using the ‘keep new’ option didn’t remove callbacks associated with the old lead, which could cause duplicate leads when those callbacks were triggered. Now, callbacks will be correctly reassigned to the new lead, preventing this issue.
User Portal/Contact Hub
Dynamic Nailup. We’ve resolved an issue specific to Contact Hub where users were unable to accept calls when using dynamic nailup, ensuring smoother call handling.
