Page Filters

This guide provides essential insights into effectively utiliing Spokn AI Filters for data analysis, allowing users to tailor your view of call data through various filters such as time periods, campaigns, and interaction outcomes. By offering options for both full and partial period comparisons, it enables users to assess real-time progress and historical performance accurately. 


Each page has a filter button.


This will open the filter pane.


Time Period

Time period - Allows you to change the time period you are looking at for all pages.


You can choose from the following options


Custom period allows you to select a date range.


You can choose to use either a full period or a partial period.


Tip: The period comparison filter lets you choose how you want to compare data for a time period that isn’t fully complete yet (like the current week):

  • Full period, the comparison is always made against the full time period (e.g, the full week), regardless of how much of the current period has passed.
  • Partial Period, the comparison is only made for the part of the current period that has already occurred (e.g, the first 3 days). This lets you compare real progress so far, rather than projecting or using incomplete data.

Transcript Search

You can search within the call transcripts for specific words or phrases that are in/not in or similar to your search.


It's also possible to have combinations of searches and groups of searches.

Outcomes & Successes

Outcome = Result codes from MaxContact


AI Analysis


Sentiment

Dominant = Filter interactions by the overall sentiment of the call.

Peak = Sentiment at the most intense moments of the call. This highlights the strongest emotional points, not the overall tone.

End = Sentiment at the end of the call. This reflects the final detected sentiment not the overall tone.
