Included in this update, we have enhanced the security of the platform, as well as this, weve added updates to call assignment logic, API moves and an improvement to Dynamic Nailup. As always, this update includes some general UI and performance enhancements.



Product Updates


Manager Portal/General

Security. We’ve implemented general security improvements to enhance the overall safety and protection of the system. These updates help strengthen defences and ensure a more secure experience for all users.

 

Outbound. We’ve updated the call assignment logic for Progressive/Predictive Campaigns. Now, when an inbound call is queued, it will first attempt to assign to User A. Only if User A is unavailable to take the call will it be assigned to User B or another available agent in the queue. This ensures more efficient call routing and prioritisation.

 

API Update. We’ve fixed an issue where using the API to Move Phone By Reference or ID with the Reset Attempts option set to true only reset the Attempts field for the LeadPhone, not the Lead. The fix ensures that both the LeadPhone and Lead attempt counts are now correctly reset.


User Portal/Contact Hub

Dynamic Nailup. We’ve resolved the issue with Dynamic Nailup where calls were being terminated after being routed to users during the nail-up process. This fix ensures that calls are now handled correctly without being dropped.


As well as the highlighted areas above, there have also been some minor quality-of-life improvements and software stability fixes added to the product. 
New additions are currently in the Beta phase of production. You may see this icon for areas containing these features and changes within the product.
