In this update, we have added 2 fixes to the Contact Hub. As usual, the minor quality of life enhancements and UI improvements are included.
Product Updates
User Portal/Contact Hub
Manual Dial. In Contact Hub, we’ve fixed an issue where the Manual Dial button remained visible on the My History grid and side panel, even when the “Can Manual Call” permission was disabled. Now, the button will be hidden as expected when the permission is turned off.
Outcomes. We’ve fixed an issue in Contact Hub where the 'redial another number' outcome type wouldn’t allow you to select an alternative number for a callback. You can now choose a different number without any problems.
