Scripts


Button Style quirks. Improvements around the styling of buttons in scripting.


Scripting 'infinite spinner' and renaming labels error. Fixes around saving fields with negative ids causing duplicate primary key, fix for console error for interaction response field.


Script changes occasionally can’t be saved. This could only be fixed by closing the script editor (losing all changes) and going back into it. Fixes around saving fields with negative ids, fix for console error for interaction response field.


Issue with script manager button. Update of the of the scripting manager button on scripting.


Unable to create new lead. Fix for console error when creating a new lead via scripting.


Issue with using script on live calls. Previously jumping to page you were last on, on the previous call. We now correctly check if it is the same call for the script reload before setting the page, we have also fixed  reloading a lead when a new one is saved.


 


Live Queues


Status miss-match on Live Queues. Now shows the correct status for the call queue marker,
correctly handles score for Interaction Queue Markers.


Live queues missing icon. Add font to live queues.


 


Reports


Reports in viewer, visual issues with themes. Changes to text colour that was hard to read on the dark theme.


Missing calculations row in scheduled report & team data usage. Added back in.


Inner Exception when setting schedule for Custom Report. Removed foreign keys for report and schedule.


Cross-tab error with top performing agents and under performing agents. Now correctly sets the parameter value for a boolean when setting a schedule.


Break Report, highest agent break time not matching. Now calculates correctly.


Scheduled Omni reports, with data range of 3 months don't contain data. Updated to now correctly set the days when doing this month, last month, last three months.


 


List Admin


List Admin Schedule Sliders. Fix for sliding smaller schedules.


 


Coaching


Call notes quirk. Improvements for the dialog when adding notes.


Add QA note via coaching, format quirk. Improvements for the dialog when adding notes.


 


Web Agent


Ready state. Improvements to 'going ready' on queues and how we handle force ready queues, we also now validate each queue status after each ticket.


Address Book Transfers - Call Conversion - Extra ticket creation. Fix for when doing address book transfers, we were creating too many tickets and not associating to the correct ticket regardless of campaign type.


Web agent stuck in interacting after doing a manual call through interaction campaign. Fix for the extra tickets being created and not handled so Agent Proxy thought that the user has more tickets associated than they actually did.

Web agent becoming unresponsive/Cannot go ready. Fix in regards to updating the user with the incorrect node id so messages were not correctly being sent to call server from agent proxy.


Unable to send agent to break. Fix to updating the user with the incorrect id so messages were not correctly being sent to call server from agent proxy.


Address book email errors and kicking user out of the agent. Increased the default timeout for transfer from 10 seconds to 30 seconds.


When changing status on a non-interaction campaign, interactions can still go through to the user. When not logged into an interaction campaign we now set all interaction queue markers to logged off so we can't route tickets to them .


Toast Message on Nail Up Bug. Improve the nail up notification so it shows at the correct times and only for interaction campaigns.


Issues when trying to transfer to user. Update to correctly handle matching call threads and ticket thread ids so we can send the correct messages.


Issue where user could transfer while in conference. Make sure that interaction is defined before trying to dispose of it to avoid throwing.


Agent name not showing in the top right on web agent. Add agent name to the drop down to log out in agent.


Web agent showing duplicate call tab. We now correctly map inbound call threads to the actual thread.


SLA counter still going after customer leaves chat. When a customer leaves the chat we no longer keep counting SLA in the UI.


Inbound no longer getting passed through to agent. When an agent 'nails up' whilst ready, we correctly put them ready on their ACD queues.


Web agent UI issue when on break. Fix for the break information being too low.


Please answer your phone toast message multiples. If we attempt to show the toast make sure we close the currently open one.


No response threshold message during call, shows on chat. We now better handle no response messages for a chat whilst on a call conversion. We will no longer send them until the call is completed.


Ticket issue on login. Re-trigger creation of the ticket when user status changes.


 


Record History 


Interaction History Uses image issue. Fix around correctly displaying user images on ticket history.


Record History Menu Fix. Reduced the sub menu width. 


Ticket History - Chart. The chart has been removed from Ticket History.


 


Campaign Manager


Configure this campaign issue. Extra checks for selected campaign.


 


Import History


Emails added should be green like numbers and leads created. Import History UI fix for Emails Added.


 


Callback manager


Callback manager showing 'NaN of NaN' instead of items. Correctly set the page size for the callback manager grid.


 


Email Templating


Home from Email template showing a 403. The home icon now goes to email templating UI.


 


Application


Chat App


Web Chat link not displaying on IE. Unsupported elements removed.


Instances of chat closing for customer due to previous disposition. Initiate messages now reopen a chat.


 


Stats Server


Offline user showing as active. When setting the marker to offline due to campaign change or log out we now make sure that this information is sent to stats server.


 


General


Granular Security License Portal. There are now more permissions to control who can see and edit certain areas.


Queue Max Wait - Force Ready. Fix for a marker being force ready not incrementing max wait.


General theme and UI quirks. General fixes and updates.


Unable to login to portal. Improve the collector so we correctly close imap connections that could not authenticate.
