This update to the MaxContact system adds some general improvements to the system plus some specific improvements that relate to the occupancy report, vital for tracking your users activity in the system.
Manager Portal/Admin
List Admin. Some users reported an issue when editing a schedule plan in List Admin that resulted in an endless spinner upon saving changes. This has been addressed in this update.
Manage Campaigns. We have added some performance improvements to this page, specifically for dragging campaigns in and out.
Manager Portal/Data
Lead Management. We have improved some background processes when dealing with API leads and the removal of temporary files stored in the system.
Manager Portal/Reporting
Occupancy report. 'The Occupancy Agent Detail' report has been upgraded to now show users status times spent handling calls for the campaign which the call came from, rather than the campaign they logged into.
Various reports. The following reports now pull their occupancy stats from a new agent status change table so the stats will be consistent across reports;
