The latest release to MaxContact, version 4.0.3, includes several improvements and updates on performance. This release also includes some minor additions to build 4.0.2 which was only released to a small number of users prior to this release.
Product Enhancements
Permissions (4.0.2). Previously, users needed both 'Report Viewer' & 'Report Scheduler' permission to access reports, this has now been changed so a user only needs permission for 'Report Viewer'.
Reporting UI minor fixes (4.0.2). We have added various UI improvements to the reporting section and reports within.
Lead search & edit (4.0.2). In certain circumstances, some users reported issues when deleting a lead. This issue has been resolved and only affected a very small number of customers.
Import leads (4.0.2). When a user double clicked the 'start import' button, it was causing a duplicate import (which was not actioned) that affected performance.
List data manager. Previously, the list data manager page was taking too long on the initial page load due to large volumes of lists and secondary tables on some customers portals. The page also had an intermittent issue of displaying active lists only. We have improved the performance of this page upon loading and viewing all lists.
Background JS Throttling Causing Disconnects. A recent change in Chrome which enforces throttling of background JavaScript timers was resulting in users being disconnected. We have made changes to the portal to stop this from causing the issue to effect users.
Playback IVR messages. Some users experienced issues playing their welcome messages etc from the IVR editor. This issue is resolved in this update.
Email ordering. Some users experienced an issue under certain circumstances where emails received were in the wrong order, i.e. 'not received order'. We have applied a change to remove this issue.
Web Chat UI. We have added some UI improvements to the way the chat app displays when requesting a transcript.
Email validation. We have added validation on email input boxes in the settings page of the portal.
Callback manager. Validation has been added to the date change option where a date limit has been put on callbacks.
IVR audio file uploads. We have added some security improvements to limit where files can be uploaded to.
[FR] - This new feature/change has been added as a direct result of customer feature request(s).
