 Manager Portal


Alerts –



  • Better Validation on Alerts. Validation added when setting up alerts in CTU page.

  • Fix for alerts not saving correctly.


Auditing –



  • Auditing Page Performance Improvements.

  • Advanced search improvements.


BI Widgets - 



  • New widgets added and new BI dashboard page added.


Call Back Manager –



  • Can no longer assign callbacks to inactive users through callback manager.


Coaching –



  • Extension validation added. 

  • Fix for barge kick not working after editing extension.


Coaching Manager - 



  • Fix for the currently targeted user not updating.


CTU –



  • Auto record & Active Toggle Each other. Checkboxes on Campaign Editor in CTU checkboxes would toggle each other as they were both bound to the same property.

  • Fix for Primary Team ID being set to 0 - If a user does not have permission to see teams then the Primary Team drop down option is removed from the agent configuration panel.


Dashboards –



  • Stats Notification Fixes. 

  • Agents not filtering on dashboards. When using a grid of agents on a dashboard all agents were shown and team filters were not being honoured until clicking on an entity.

  • Break widget now displaying correct break.

  • Time stats jumping forward on navigation fix. 

  • UI Improvements. Current page on grids more obvious, Free Text widget clipping text removed, Queue name no longer wraps onto new line.

  • Fix for live data not being shown on new campaigns. 

  • Memory performance improvements on dashboard pages.

  • Fixes for widget notifications not working correctly.

  • Fix for funnel widget UI issue.

  • Font size input standardised across all widgets.

  • Fix for break widget sorting.

  • Correctly reset the toggle for editing in dashboards UI issue.

Data Imports –



  • Rename List Fix. 


Evaluations –



  • Fix for searching by a date time range. 


File Manager –



  • File Provider not creating directory when uploading file. This was highlighted when trying to write a report for email to a folder that did not exist. Scheduling reports to send link in email will not require the manual creation of the reports directory.


Import History –



  • UI Improvements. Dedupe options all shown in the same font in the more info dialog, call info kicks on a new line where required.

  • Timeout fixes on Import API Requests. 


Imports –



  • List details on the import page fixed.

  • Calling code validation removed from imports.

  • Clone list option in imports now working correctly.

  • Correct name now displayed when cloning a list on import page.


IVR - 



  • Time element validation fix.


Lead Search & Edit –



  • More obvious error when a lead no longer exists.

  • Validation Fix. An unused regex pattern for USA postcodes was causing exceptions.

  • Fix for deleting lead in Lead Search & Edit. 

  • Option added to select a DNC category ID when removing a lead from the system.


List Admin –



  • Fix for deactivating running lists. Extra checks when looking up the campaign list association table to make sure the list is active.


List Manager –



  • List Manager move leads issue. List Manager would not move leads if an empty value was passed for number of leads to move.

  • List Manager multiple commands fix.

  • UI fix for long list names not being displayed.

  • UI fix for concurrent users.


List manager History –



  • List manager history search fix. When searching for List Manager history the search criteria was not working.


Login –



  • User model removed from the UI.


Navigation –



  • Permissions and Navigation menu items now correctly display. 


Password Policy –



  • Password Policy Max Retries fix applied.

  • Validation Fix.  


Permissions –



  • Manual Dial permission moved to correct category. 

  • Tooltip updated on 'Can Warm Transfer' Permission.

  • Support admin should now always be able to see all entities regardless of tagging or data filter permissions.


Plans –



  • UI Improvements. New icons added, alignment and spacing fixes.


Playback –



  • Previously unable to play recording with '+'. We now encode recording file names when pulling them into the UI.


QA –



  • Searching for notes by Reference ID & Phone Number now improved. 


Record Eligibility –



  • Changed ROUND to AVG in the SQL query so data types match expected return type.


Record History –



  • Recording Length Search Fix.

  • UI Improvements. Right lead panel alignment fixes, text kicking onto new line stopped & improvements on smaller screen sizes.

  • Fix for exports from Record History not filtering correctly.


Report Editor  –



  • Fix for custom report audit.


Reset Records –



  • Public Callback status now correctly reset.

  • Call Duration filter validation fixed.

  • Fix for getting uncontacted records.

  • 'Clear Template' button UI text change to 'Exit Template'.


Resource Uploader –



  • Warning message on bulk upload only shown on existing Resource Lists. Previously a warning message that you were removing existing data was shown on newly created Resource Lists.


Scheduling –



  • All Parameters Added to Report Scheduler. Some schedules for reports were missing options for parameters which were available in the view but not scheduler.


Skills - 



  • Active flag added to ACD Queues.

  • When a queue is set to inactive Max will check that it is not assigned to an IVR or has users associated.

  • Inactive queues will not be shown in the IVR Editor.


System Activity –



  • Scroller now correctly working. When calls come into this page the UI will now auto scroll.

  • System Activity panels no longer overlap entity filter drop downs.


System Info –



  • Fix for NPGSQL exception when loading data for application event. Customers who use the system info page will no longer see a red error message when visiting this page.


Web Agent –



  • Fixed issue where occasionally the default web agent dashboard would be shown instead of the one assigned to the campaign.

  • Option for duplicate login completely removed. 

  • Better notification for the web agent when callbacks are created. Call Server will now respond to the agent to tell it to re-load callbacks.

  • Fix where extension numbers were not saving in web agent in some instances.

  • Search panel shown when scripting is disabled or scripting isn't a MaxContact Script. When using a third party script there would be no way to create a new lead.

  • Extension validation added. You can no longer input hundreds of characters into the extension box which would crash Mercury.

  • New users missing from the transfer list until page refresh. Agent proxy will now correctly broadcast agents which are able to transfer to and also be more responsive with updating the UI.


Misc –



  • Fix for arrows in drop down boxes not being correctly displayed in Firefox (only).

  • Chrome auto fill fixes. In some pages chrome would auto fill input boxes based on details the customer had used. 

  • General UI Improvements. Coaching page, Dashboard Grids, Reports Scheduler, Lead Search & Edit.

  • Fix for attachments not being sent.

Import DNC –



  • Date Added on DNC import now imports with time zone.


Import Leads –



  • Import Date & Can Call Date Imported with time zone.


Misc –



  • Background thread for checking missing imports.

  • API imports now post back to a supplied URL with details of the import

  • Additional checks that Call Info is not null before trying to resolve


  


 Reporting Improvements


All –



  • Better stability to avoid divide by 0 errors.

  • Parameter names standardised.

  • Re-Design & Dynamic Ordering. Ability to sort has been added to the reports.

  • UI improvement, list of custom reports now sorted alphabetically.

  • Removed option for exporting as CSV.

  • Fix for total time going over 24 hours showing as zero.


Agent Attendance Report –



  • Primary Supervisor Fix. 

  • First log in time fix.

  • StatsUserProd function improved to make Man Hours & Login Time more accurate.


Agent Sales Performance –



  • Fix for team average.


Call Result Code Report –



  • OData controller updated so that this report displays correctly when large amounts of campaigns are selected.


Campaign Stats Report –



  • Additional columns added to this report to better show system answer machines.


Custom Report Builder –



  • Date time format fix on filters. Saving a date time filter would cause the date time value to be displayed in an incorrect format previously.


Custom Reports –



  • Removed limit within cross tab query. Previously we had two limits on the custom reports which was caused an incorrect amount of records to be returned.

  • Major overhaul of how reports are processed to significantly improve performance.


Daily Summary –



  • New report parameter to remove grouping on team.

  • Daily summary report was showing an error when a user had logged in on multiple days but had not taken any calls, this is now fixed.


Dynamic Ordering –



  • Dynamic ordering fixed on reports which used multiple data sources.


Inbound Report –



  • SLA Target added to the Inbound report. Users now have an option to add a parameter for their target sla when running the report.


Occupancy Report –



  • Additional column added for Other Time (Other time will include managing callback time and the total log in time minus all other user status times).


Scheduling –



  • New time frames added to all reports in report scheduler - This Week, Last Week, Last 2 Weeks, This Month, Last Month, Last 3 Months.


Stats Updates –



  • Stats Updates performance improvements.


Supplier Summary –



  • Exception when loading report fixed.


Team Data Usage –



  •  Consistency fix between team data usage and daily summary for # calls to successes.


 


 Schedule Server


Schedule Server – 



  • Fix for Agent Sales Report not sending.

  • Email, better logging if reports fail to send. 


 


 Scripting


Field Finder –



  • Move check on null or empty strings.


Global Fields –



  • Global fields not saving data to the database fix. When a user presses 'back' on the script, any global fields which are currently set in the UI did not get saved to the database.

  • Data not being saved if field used proxy field and db field fix. Previously, there was an issue where the reference ID wasn't being saved because customers were using a database field whilst the rest of the page used global fields.


JS API –



  • Test button fixed when editing published script. When editing a published script pressing the Test JS API button did not work until refreshing the page.


Lead Search –



  • Searching for leads fix. 


Telephony Buttons –



  • Fixed UI issue of overlap on callback button.


Templates –



  • Templates now correctly loaded. Data was previously not showing correctly in templates.


API –



  • Script Action API JS fix.


Misc –



  • Error on script pop fixed.

  • Error page added based on unhandled exception traces.

  • Tooltips improvements.

  • Free text control font colour reverted to correct colour.


 


 TTS



  • Implemented Text-2-Speech.


 


 Web Agent


Callbacks –



  • Fix for issue where a user was unable to place a callback.


Post Call Actions –



  • New options added for result code to route a call to an IVR path.

  • Additional filtering added for post call actions.


Transfer –



  • Better UI message when agent transfers fail.

  • More error handling added to agent proxy server.


UI –



  • Fix for long phone numbers and reference numbers causing agent UI to look bad.

  • Favourite Result Codes - New option added to the result codes page to display a sub set of result codes in the Web Agent UI to allow for quick dispositioning of calls without having to press the hang up button.

Call Prefix –



  • Fix for Call Server crash when prefix was longer than phone number.


Deadlock Fix –



  • Fix for issue where deadlock was causing Call Server to disconnect.


IVR –



  • IVR Extension race condition fix.

  • Get Digits Fix for IVR. 

  • Allow Data Bin & Call Data to be used when making external transfers.

  • New rule for recording bridge calls.

  • Can now use uppercase and lowercase values when referencing Call Data, IVR elements and Data Bin values.


Priorities –



  • New Priority added 'Contact Recall'. This is so the system is able to differentiate public callbacks set by a callback result code and recalls for leads which have been contacted.


Transfers –



  • Ability to not record the warm leg of an offsite transfer added. Refer to documentation.
