We’ve redesigned the UI
It’s more than just a face-lift; the redesigned MaxContact interface is studded with new enhancements to help you more easily manage and navigate the MaxContact portal.
Our key goal is to help you more quickly and intuitively manage your contact centre communications and teams. We’re starting with small incremental changes, and we’ll give you notice before the changes are implemented.
What’s new with the MaxContact interface?
Eventually, everything will be redesigned with careful consideration and input from our users.
You’ll see changes both big and small aimed to help you be more efficient and having taken inspiration from other platforms such as Microsoft Teams, we have ensured that MaxContact remains familiar to you.
But right now, the majority of changes impact admin users only, with the navigation and layout optimised to help you get around more easily.
What’s changed for MaxContact 4.0?
New sign-in page

New clean login page
The benefits
We redesigned the login interface both for looks and for function. We wanted a fresh, clean and simple login page.
Navigation for admin users
What’s new
- A global menu bar that places search at the top of every page.
- A main menu on the far left side panel that allows quick-and-easy access to menus that display options that are specific to the page you’re viewing.
The benefits
- You’ll have a harder time getting lost because we give you context clues from the icons, tool tips and titles.
- If you need help finding something, then you can look for it directly from the search bar in the global menu. The items within this menu will still be driven by user permissions.
Enhanced search
What’s new
- We’ve made the search function more responsive, presenting you with clear options.
The benefits
- We’ve made the search function much clearer and more powerful, so when you search an item the results are returned and categorised by content type, showing the results on the page and results elsewhere in the system.
