The release of 4.5.3 brings another addition to the UI refresh of the product with the Inbound numbers page being upgraded. As well as this, we have added several performance enhancements and bug fixes to the system.

Use case example
This page is for inbound and allows you to point your inbound numbers at certain IVRs.
E.g. Customers with multiple inbound numbers for different departments will use this page to direct the calls to specific IVRs to get to the right agents. BPOs with different campaigns and inbound for their clients will do the same.
This page can also be used to initiate emergency routing where required (see the guide for more).
Product Enhancements
Manager portal/Admin
Script editor. A fix for min/max length validation on the script editor has been added as previously this wasn't working as intended.
Call-backs. Some users reported an issue where call-backs from an interaction campaign were not removed from this page upon completion. This has been resolved in the update.
SMS. We have added improvements to the capabilities of SMS with scripts and IVRs.
Channels. An issue was identified where users couldn't save new pre chat questions. This issue has been resolved.
Inbound numbers. A duplicate number issue was identified on the page. This has been resolved with the new UI update.
Manager portal/BI
Dashboards & wallboards. A handful of users reported the Queue stat 'offered' wasn't being reset overnight and continued the following day. We have updated this to perform correctly from this update.
Manager portal/Data
Import leads. We have added some minor performance improvements around resetting leads with multiple numbers.
Manager portal/Web agent
Telephony. Some UI improvements have been added to the web agent around transfers and conferencing.
Manual email. A user reported an issue where the 'to' email was presenting code rather than the customers email address. This issue has been resolved in this update.
Manager portal/Web chat application
UI issues. Some UI improvements have been added to ensure the visuals from the previous update function correctly in all instances.
