The 4.6.4 release contains five updated pages for the brand refresh, lists, wallboard manager, tickers and table manager. There are also various updates and improvements to the general system.

Product Enhancements

Manager portal/Web agent

3rd party extension. Some users reported an issue where, when a user changed their extension via web agent, an error occurred and it wasn't saved. This issue has been resolved.

Kick user. Users on break would show as logged off in dashboards but show as break when kicked from the system during a break. This issue will no longer occur after the update.


Manager portal/Chat application

UI updates. Various UI improvements have been made to the chat application following the recent customisation options.

Out of hours email form. An issue was raised where the additional questions would not show on the application. This issue has been resolved in this update.


Manager portal/Management

Live queues. Users queue status has been improved as some users reported issues where this displayed incorrectly.

Queues. Some performance updates have been added in relation to adding and removing users.

Campaign manager. Some minor UI improvements have been added specifically around the quick links area.


Manager portal/Admin

Inbound deny list. When searching for leads and navigating to the lead, once you navigate back to the search, it would have reset. This will no longer happen after the update.


Manager portal/Data

Custom data fetching. When creating a query with dates, some users reported issues with saving the query. We have improved how this performs and the issue will no longer be present.

Record history. Tagging has been improved in relation to this page as some users reported information not showing correctly when tagged.

Import history. A small number of customers reported an issue when viewing rejects, this has been resolved in the update.

Lead search & edit. An issue was spotted where using advanced searches with lists would result in a timeout error.


As well as the highlighted areas above, there have also been various minor quality-of-life improvements and software stability fixes added to the product.
