The 5.0.14 release introduces Skill Based Routing for our Beta partners. This exciting new feature will improve the success rates of your calls, streamline agents activities and improve reporting for campaigns, working across predictive, progressive and preview dialling modes. By simply tagging leads when you add them to the system, their needs are automatically identified, and agents' skills are grouped for easy management and efficient call distribution. User guides will be released when the feature is out of Beta for all clients.

To give you greater visibility of changes we have made in this release, please find below details of fixes, changes and enhancements to the product.
Manager Portal/Login
Page redirect. The image for the redirect page has been updated.
Manager Portal/Data
Lead Search & Edit. An issue impacting users utilising 'Advanced Search' on the Lead Search and Edit page, where they tried to search via List Name, has now been resolved.
Manager Portal/Reporting
Reporting suite. All legacy reports will be retired when this release rolls out to your platform as per our previous communications.
Web Agent/Inbound
Dynamic Nailup. Several performance improvements to Dynamic Nailup have been made in this version.
Applications/Customer Facing
Chat Application. An issue with email form questions displaying blank under certain circumstances was identified and has been successfully resolved in this update.
