Release 5.1.2 contains several updates to the New Contact Hub! We've also added the usual UI and performance enhancements to the general product, as well as 2 fixes for imports and an update for Coaching. If you would like to use the new Contact Hub, please contact your Account Manager today


Product Updates


User Portal/Contact Hub

Conference Calls. We have made an improvement to Contact Hub for when a User connects two calls together, specifically adding in a new inline alert to show what call you are assigning an outcome to.

Script Only Calls. Script only is now available in Contact Hub with a streamlined interface and improved experience!

Dynamic Nailup. Dynamic Nailup is now available in Contact Hub for Inbound Campaigns with a brand new UI and improved user experience.

Recording Splitter. Call Recording splitter is now available for users to be able to split a call recording into multiple smaller recording files.

Upcoming Callbacks. Users in Contact Hub are now able to see any upcoming callbacks for the current date, both overdue and upcoming will now show for all users, outside of the Managing Callbacks state.

History Tab. In Contact Hub, when you are handling an interaction, if you go to the history tab, you can now click on each interaction to open a side panel with further details around that interaction.

User Wellbeing. In Contact Hub, the Wellbeing application has now been fully embedded with a new and improved UI.

 

Manager Portal/Data

Import History. There was a performance issue if a user was trying to download a significantly high volume of rejected leads from Manager Portal. This performance issue has now been resolved ensuring a seamless user experience.

API Imports. There was an opportunity to halt all imports via an API when importing an Excel file rather than CSV. This edge case has been closed off and the imports will now fail due to a parsing error.

 

Manager Portal/Quality

Coaching. A licence check error could occur when users were logging into the platform to carry out coaching and at times they would use a standard user licence. This has been resolved and users when coaching will only ever use a coaching licence.


As well as the highlighted areas above, there have also been some minor quality-of-life improvements, UI changes and software stability fixes added to the product. 
Any new feature additions/changes are currently in the Beta phase of production. You may see this icon for areas containing these features and changes within the product.
