The 4.4 release is a small one but contains 2 new features some customers will find extremely useful. One feature, the ability to clone IVRs, will help most customers when creating/editing their inbound calling routes. The other, a custom email signature option added to users via the CTU page, will certainly be beneficial to customers using our email handling capabilities. If your not currently using email (webchat or SMS) through the platform, speak to your account manager to find out how it could be of benefit to your business.



New Features

[FR] *Clone IVRs. You now have the ability to clone your IVR's for much faster duplication. In situations where you have multiple inbound routes that you want to configure in the same/similar way, you no longer have to create each IVR independently. For more on this, click here for a guide on the feature.


Some customers, especially BPOs, have numerous inbound routes and are constantly adding/changing them to suit their clients, customers and processes. Previously, that would mean creating a whole IVR from scratch every time. With the clone option, a click of a button gives you an exact copy to work with and edit to suit the new process, thus speeding up the process significantly.


[FR] *Configurable email signaturesThis new feature gives you 5 fields when viewing a user on the CTU page (accessed via a separate tab). These values can be updated and used as fill-points. To see how this works, view the guide here


Some customers need the ability to create email signatures for different email channels to ensure standardization of emails sent out by users, as well as quick response emails from scripts. This option allows you to add specific detail to users that are part of certain channels so they always appear on the emails they send.



Product Enhancements


Manager portal/Admin

CTU images. A validation issue was sometimes occurring when trying to save changes when adding images. This has been resolved.


Manager portal/Reporting

Performance enhancements. The Supplier summary report has been upgraded to improve its general performance.

IVR element report. We have updated and resolved an error in this report as under certain circumstances, the unique calls column calculation was incorrect.

Intraday report. An issue was spotted when trying to generate a single days worth of data whereby no data would be presented in the report. This issue has been removed.






As well as the highlighted areas above, there have also been various minor quality-of-life improvements and software stability fixes added to the product.
