Release 4.9.2 brings 1 new feature which adds the ability to edit messages in digital interactions. As well as this, there are also some minor bug fixes and performance improvements to the product.
New Features
Manager Portal/Record History
Edit message on ticket history. Users can now edit messages that have been sent through the portal. This allows users to remove sensitive information that may have been entered in error and will update/change what is stored in the database. The Record History guide has more on this feature.
Product Enhancements
Manager Portal/Reporting
Tag functionality. Dropdowns in the report viewer contain options like "Campaigns" and "Users" which are filtered by tagging so that a user is only able to see options that they're tagged with. There currently exists an issue where, in order to see an item in that list, both you and that item need to both have that tag directly applied to you. This fix ensures that if you (or it) are in a campaign or team with that tag, you will inherit that tag and so will be able to see that item.
Manager Portal/Settings
Plans. Within Custom Data Fetching plans, an issue was spotted where sort order options were not working if a filter wasn't being used also. This issue has been resolved.
Manager Portal/Web Agent
Channels. We have added some performance improvements to speed up certain processes.
Capacity plans. We have improved the accuracy of capacity plans for individual users since the change from 'Capacity Plans' to 'User Plans'.
