The 4.7.7 release contains a new page to the product, Tag manager. There's 2 new reports and a UI/UX refresh for the Report viewer page. As well as these new features there's the usual minor bug fixes and product enhancements.
New Features
Settings/Tag Manager
Although tagging itself isn't a new feature, this update has added a new page for managing tags to the product. Here you can assign specific names, descriptions and colour coding to your tags for better organisation. As well as this, new functionality has been added to the Lists page for tagging which will spread to other pages going forward. For more information on tagging, see this guide.

We have updated the look and functionality of the report viewer to enhance the user experience when accessing reports.

Report viewer/Wellbeing overview
This report provides a detailed view of user's interactions with a specific Card Type across the selected date(s) and card type, utilising a number of graphs and charts to provide insight into engagement and which cards are more popular with users than others. A data table also provides Wellbeing card engagement at a Date level per card type. No user specific data is presented.

Product Enhancements
Manager portal/General
Tagging. Improvements have been added to the use of tagging on various pages of the product.
Chat application. Improvements to validation UI have been added.
Stat server. Performance optimization work has been undertaken in this area.
Queue stats. We have added some performance enhancements to the way we receive and present this information.
Manager portal/Admin
Canned responses. A column has been added to the page which displays usage data on each canned response. Please see the updated guide for information on this column.
Manager portal/Settings
Result codes. Improvements have been added to the combination of rollover and call-back options.
Manager portal/Web agent
SIP registration. We have added some stability and performance enhancements to the 'nail up' process.
