The Import History page contains 2 main areas of information, a timeline of imports and a table of imports for all Lists. At the top of the page you can search for imports via a date range, list name and by the user who imported. You can also choose to include API imports.

Fig.1 The search options highlighted at the top of the screen.

Import timeline

In the top half of the screen, you can see a timeline that is split into 2 sections.  The bottom section shows a default period and the top section shows the timeline between the two ‘green flags’.

Hovering over the blocks of colour will show the list name and how many imports were done.

If dates have been input incorrectly or you simply wants to change the date range, you can drag the ‘green flags’ to any position along the timeline.

Details tab

Rollback  - If there are any issues with the import, you can roll it back as if it didn't happen by clicking the rollback button. The dialog box also tells you if the dialler has already dialled any of the leads from the import.  If it has, it won't roll back those leads in the import by default.

You can roll those leads back by ticking the box, however, when you import the leads again, the dialler will allocate them a different lead ID, effectively treating them as a different or new lead and it will call them.

As you cannot rollback a list that is currently being dialled , This button will remove the list from a running campaigns so that records can then be rolled back.

Settings tab

Mappings tab

Both the Settings and Mapping Tabs show how the original import was setup and what options were selected during the import process, such as; which fields from the initial data file where mapped into the secondary table.

Viewing rejected leads

When a list has any rejects showing, you can select the import in the table and click the ‘View Rejects’ button for more information. Clicking this will change the page to give you a table of rejected leads and the reason they were rejected.

Back to imports gives you the previous screen.

Import details will bring up the dialog box for the import as described above.

You also have the option to download the rejects as a .csv file.
