DNC Categories
In this area of the screen, you can see all the DNC categories available on the system (the ones shown are just examples and not default). DNC categories can be created in the Plans section of MaxContact.
Previous Imports
Status - Current status of the import.
Category - This shows the category which the leads were imported into.
Attempted - This column shows the total number of rows in the file selected.
Imported - The imported column shows total Leads attempted (Phone numbers mapped).
Dup. - This shows the number of phone numbers that were duplicates in the system.
Leads - Shows the total number of leads that were deactivated in this particular DNC import.
Lead Phones - The total number of phone numbers that were deactivated in this DNC import.
Callbacks - The total number of callbacks that were deleted in this DNC import.
Start - This shows the time and date the DNC import was started.
Import Finish - This shows the time and date the DNC import was completed.
i - Clicking here opens a dialog box with more information about the import;
Deactivated Leads
When a user selects a DNC import from the 'Previous Imports' table, the Deactivated Leads area will show all the phone numbers deactivated.
Filter icons - Clicking these icons will open filters for users to search through the numbers.
Download - Clicking here will download a .csv file of the selected/filtered DNC numbers.
