
Clicking the Script manager in the Admin section of MaxContact takes the user to the Script Manager page as shown below;

This page displays a table with 3 tabs at the top. Whichever tab is selected, will display the scripts associated with that status.
| Published | Displays the scripts that are published to lists/campaigns. |

Script ID – The ID number of the script given by the system.
Script Name – The Name of the script.
Version – The version number (Number of times it’s been saved/updated).
Assigned – The number of lists the script is assigned to.
Published By – The name of the user who published the script.
Published Date – The date it was published.
Last Edited By – The last user to edit the script.
Last Edited Date – The last date & time the script was edited.
| Un-Published | Displays scripts that are not published to lists/campaigns. |
Script Name – The Name of the script.
Version – The version number (Number of times it’s been saved/updated).
Last Edited By – The last user to edit the script.
Last Edited Date – The last date & time the script was edited.
| Inactive | Displays scripts that are inactive for whatever reason. |
Script ID – The ID number of the script given by the system.

Last Edited By – The last user to edit the script.
Last Edited Date – The last date & time the script was edited.
As well as these column headers, there is also a set of clickable icons in the far-right column;

![]() | Preview Script | Allows you to view how a script will look and flow without having to load it as an agent on a call. |
![]() | Configure Initial Pages | Allows the user to Change the Inbound and Outbound page or deactivate the script. |
![]() | Clone Script | Will create a copy of the script for editing. |
