CTU Quirks. There are quirks such as, alignment and how it behaves with scrolling, with the refresh buttons and the campaign selection drop down. Fixes applied.


CTU shortcut for users in Queue editor didn't work. Links for Queue Admin would not take you to the user editor in CTU and returned a 404 error. This has been rectified.


Attachments From Customer Emails. Customers email attachments are now presented to the agent as a download link.


Queue Admin. The queue admin when viewed on smaller screens had issues.


IVR Set property element tool-tip grammar and spelling. In the IVR properties panel there were grammar and spelling mistakes, these have been rectified.


Result code widget was displaying double the result codes used in Campaign. Fix applied to stop this.


Increase to Predictive check did not save. Fix applied.


The following have had UI issues rectified;



  • Tags cut-off in IVR Lead Lookup element if more than two.

  • Toolbar expanding on script via WebAgent causes fields to disappear. 

  • CTU Clone button hidden behind active filter drop down.

  • In Coaching, user can see other coaches.

  • Queue Admin Advanced search function: Large blank section of page.

  • Recording splitter overlapping when on an call conversion in omnichannel.
