The version 4.0.0 update includes the biggest UI update for some time. Our key goal is to help you more quickly and intuitively manage your contact centre communications. We’re starting with small incremental changes but eventually, everything will be redesigned with careful consideration and input from our users.

As well as this, we have made some improvements to the tagging options on the system.

New Features

*New login page. We have added a new login page splash screen.

*New UI interface. You’ll see changes both big and small aimed to help you be more efficient and having taken inspiration from other platforms such as Microsoft Teams, we have ensured that MaxContact remains familiar to you. The changes impact admin users only, with the navigation and layout optimised to help you get around more easily.

Product Enhancements

SMS character limit. Fix for UI issue where agents were able to exceed the max character count when sending an SMS if a US keyboard layout was detected.

Manager Portal/Tagging

Block cross tag assignment. A new permission has been added to the tagging section. This option means the system will not allow users, teams, campaigns or lists being assigned to each other if they don't have the required tag. Please see the following guide for information on the new tagging option.

Manager Portal/Reporting

Occupancy Queue Report. New occupancy report to view occupancy stats per queue.

Inbound Overview report. We have added the option for you to be able to filter by queue on this report.
