This small update adds some targeted performance enhancements to the product. There are no new features included in this build.



Product Enhancements


Manager portal/Admin

Scripting. In the script editor, lead search to match existing leads has had some performance improvements added (This feature allows you to see how data presents when building your scripts).


Manager portal/Data

Record history. We have added some performance enhancements to this page, specifically the way searches are performed.


Manager portal/Reporting

Inbound reports. We have updated two reports as there were inconsistencies for the same calculation. The average handle time between inbound intraday and inbound overview report have been changed, both now correctly match.


Manager portal/Web agent

Keep script with agent feature. We have added further improvements to the feature based on client feedback.

Call-backs. We have updated the call-back result codes to work from SMS interactions as it was discovered that they would not work previously. Both private and public call-backs can be set from SMS interactions. We have also added some performance enhancements to call-backs.

Email transfers. An issue was spotted where, when an agent receives a transferred email, they couldn't remove the inbound email address from the CC option. This has been resolved in the update.

SMS interactions. We have added improvements to remove an issue where matching or creating a lead was preventing the agent from been able to send an SMS.






As well as the highlighted areas above, there have also been various minor quality-of-life improvements and software stability fixes added to the product.
