The 4.5.2 release contains several bug fixes and enhancements to the system.
Product Enhancements
Manager portal/Admin
IVR inbound queue element. Some users reported an issue with the 'announce EQT' function skipping wav files longer than 3 mins in duration. This has been resolved in the update.
CTU. Some tooltips have been updated.
CTU - Users. Character limits have been removed as previously these were too short for some names.
Email templates. Improvements have been added to the template builder tool.
Inbound numbers. Some UI fixes and improvements have been added to this page.
Queues. Some UI updates have been added as previously, some users reported missing icons on queues.
Manager portal/BI
Ticket. Previously, the ticker speed could be exceeded in the settings leading to issues. This has been resolved.
Manager portal/Advanced
Plans - Custom Data Fetching. We have added some performance enhancements to this feature.
Manager portal/Web agent
Kick user. Under certain circumstances, if a user was 'kicked' from a campaign whilst previewing or dispositioning, the call would not be ended and dispositioned.
Manual emails. We have added some general improvements to this feature.
