The 4.7.6 release is a minor release with some specific fixes. No new features were added in this release.


Product Enhancements

Manager Portal/Management

CTU. We have added improvements to the system for handling larger numbers of users than previously achievable.


Manager Portal/BI

Wallboards. An issue was spotted where a permission conflict stopped some users accessing wallboards. This has been resolved in the update.


Manager Portal/Web Agent

Web chat. Improvements have been added to the allocation of new chats to users so that they are assigned evenly. Previously, certain circumstances would result in available users not receiving new interactions.

Manual dialling. When a call-back has been set on a lead but a manual dial to the lead happens before the call-back, the system previously removed the call-back based on the phone number. It now removes callbacks based on the lead you selected.


As well as the highlighted areas above, there have also been various minor quality-of-life improvements and software stability fixes added to the product.
