Version 4.8.7 release contains some minor updates, namely 3 new reports and a change to the UI of the Breaks page. As well as this, the usual quality of life fixes and enhancements have been added to the product.
New Reports
Our reports are part of our product's identity and we want them to make a lasting impression. We knew our current reports were in need of a facelift so to ensure they meet everyone's expectations we have completed a refresh of all our reports.
Because reports are heavily used by all our customers, we wanted to give you time to get used to the new format and to be able to recreate schedules on the new versions.
Existing, 'legacy versions' of reports will be removed in Q2 of 2023. If you are still using the 'legacy reports' or have existing schedules for the 'legacy versions', ensure you duplicate them for the new versions before this change.
Report Viewer/Inbound Result Code by Interval report
Inbound Result Code by Interval report which is the rebranded Inbound Call Outcome by Interval report.
Report Viewer/Supplier Summary (Voice) report
Supplier Summary (Voice) report which is the rebranded Supplier Summary report.
Report Viewer/Break Detail report
Break Detail report which is a new addition to the reporting suite. OR this replaces the Break report.

Breaks page UI update. The Breaks page was using a table rather than our modal grid component. All functionality remains the same. See the updated guide here.
