Release 4.9.0 includes 2 new features, Secure Call Recordings and Dynamic Nailup. As well as these, there are some general bug fixes and improvements of the overall performance of the product.

New Features

Manager Portal/Data & Quality

Secure Call Recordings. Encrypt and password-protect access to your call recordings for maximum security. Our enhanced call encryption and improved access functionality gives you greater control of who can listen to call recordings: with password prompts and a new access control area. 

By encrypting your call recordings, only approved users can bypass the secure data layer, adding an extra layer of security to your conversations and preventing unauthorised users from accessing, what could be, extremally sensitive information. For more information on this feature, see this guide.

Manager Portal/Dynamic Nailup

Dynamic Nail Up. Our new Dynamic nailup feature allows users to handle inbound voice interactions with more flexibility. Users no longer need to be permanently nailed up to automatically receive calls on inbound campaigns. Users can now opt to reject or accept an incoming offered call. 

This allows greater flexibility for your users, for example, back-office staff can avoid context-switching when they are in the middle of a focus activity, without having to remember to go into specific break types or log out of campaigns. For more on the first iteration of this new feature, how to enable it and what it does, click here.

Product Enhancements

Manager portal/Data

Record History. A small number of users reported an issue with voicemail message playback working incorrectly from this page. We have added some performance improvements to stop these issues reoccurring.

DNC list. The UI/UX has been improved on this page. With the change, we have added some additional functionality.

• Ability to view the entire list rather than the previous limitation of 1000 at a time.
• You can filter by phone number and category type.

	As well as the highlighted areas above, there have also been various minor quality-of-life improvements and software stability fixes added to the product.
	New additions are currently in the Beta phase of production. You may see this icon for areas containing these features and changes within the product.
