The 5.0.16 release introduces an upgraded Single Sign On feature reducing the number of usernames and passwords users have to remember and also provides a central location for authentication via a single identity provider. As well as this feature, we have included some product updates to enhance the user experience.
New Features
Upgraded Single Sign On (SAML)
With this new update, your users can automatically log in to the MaxContact platform using their existing credentials - no more forgotten passwords or having to log in to multiple systems repeatedly. As an admin, you can view and adjust user permissions to tailor the login journey for users. Customisation and control are in your hands!

Product Updates
To give you greater visibility of changes we have made in this release, please find below details of fixes, changes and enhancements to the product.
Manager Portal/Reporting
Report scheduler. An issue affecting scheduling an Activity Summary report with multiple users selected meant that the report would not send. This has been resolved, and the report will now send regardless of selections made.
Manager Portal/Admin
Channels. An issue was identified which meant that emails could queue for longer than expected under certain circumstances. This has been resolved and emails now route promptly, as required.
User Portal/Web Agent
Script Only Interaction. Under very specific circumstances, an issue where callbacks could be affected when using the Script Only feature was identified. This has been resolved in this update.
