The 5.0.21 release contains some general performance enhancements as well as a fix for digital campaigns.

Omnichannel. For clients that utilise Digital campaigns along side voice, there was an issue whereby a user on a digital campaign could transfer a digital interaction to a user on a voice campaign. This has now been restricted and only calls can be transferred between users on these differing campaign types.


As well as the highlighted areas above, there have also been some minor quality-of-life improvements and software stability fixes added to the product. 
New additions are currently in the Beta phase of production. You may see this icon for areas containing these features and changes within the product.
