The 5.0.23 release contains some minor improvements to general performance and 3 specific fixes.

Product Updates

To give you greater visibility of changes we have made in this release, please find below details of fixes, changes and enhancements to the product. 

Manager Portal/Management

Campaign Manager & Lists. The tooltips and labels for Fetch Weight weren't giving accurate information and making customers believe the system was dialling data incorrectly. This has now been updated to reflect the functionality.

Manager Portal/BI

Dashboards. Stats on Dashboards, when filtered to a specific result code and published to a dashboard that also has list filtering, would result in a stat not showing the correct value. This was due to a reset failure that was not occurring overnight. This has now been resolved so all the stats will be accurate for each day.

User Portal/Web Agent

Callbacks. In certain edge cases there was the opportunity for a lead to be made eligible to be contacted again. This edge case now been closed down ensuring no unnecessary updates are made.

	As well as the highlighted areas above, there have also been some minor quality-of-life improvements and software stability fixes added to the product.
	New additions are currently in the Beta phase of production. You may see this icon for areas containing these features and changes within the product.
