Release 5.1.1 there's a fix for the Bulk User Import feature and an improvement to Address Book transfers. As usual, we have added several quality of life and performance improvements to the overall system.

Manager Portal/Management
Bulk User Import. A number of validation issues have been resolved, these were causing issues due to a mis-match between what validation existed in the CTU page and what was being enforced via Bulk User Import. Both areas now match with no loss of functionality.
Manager Portal/Web Agent
Transfers. If you're using the "Keep Lead With Agent" option and doing Address Book Transfers, there might be times when, after completing a call and moving to the next one, the person you just spoke with loses their audio connection. This is because the system is still holding onto the line from the previous call when starting your new call preview. So, when you hang up the new call, it unintentionally cuts off the audio for the previous call's customer, even though they might not realise the call has technically ended on your side. This problem has now been rectified.
