This option allows you to add multiple users to the system in one go. To access this feature, you need to head to the CTU page.

Important note
It is crucial that you ensure all the information is correct before proceeding with the upload of bulk users. Once an import is successful, there is no way to roll it back. If you have a large number of users you will have to manually deactivate them one by one. This will also mean those usernames etc. cannot be used again as they will already exist, albeit inactive.
Also note that your user must be in the team you are trying to upload users to for it to work, and the password field is the only field that's case sensitive.
The CTU
On the CTU page you will notice a button between the Clone button and Filter options. Clicking this will take you to the Bulk user import page.

Bulk user import table
The page view will show a table of imports that have taken place previously. This will be blank the first time you use the page.

Upload status | Displays the current status of the upload. A 'tick' icon indicates the users have been created successfully. A 'cross' icon indicates there are errors with the upload, check the content of the file to ensure all mandatory fields are entered correctly. A "spinner" icon indicates that the upload is still in progress, please refresh your page or come back later to confirm the status. |
Users | The number of entries within the spreadsheet that were uploaded for creation. |
Created | The number of users that have been created from the uploaded spreadsheet. |
Rows with errors | The number of rows within the spreadsheet that have errors, click on the download button below to download these. Once resolved. re-upload the file to attempt the creation again. |
Uploaded by | This is the name of the user who initiated the bulk user creation. |
Upload start | The date and time the bulk user upload process was started. |
Upload end | The date and time the bulk user upload process was finished. |

Possible reasons for failed upload
File Type: Invalid type. Supported formats: .csv or .txt. |
File Size: File cannot be uploaded as it exceeds the 100 KB size limit. |
No Entries: File cannot be uploaded as at least 1 row entry is required. |
Data Type: The data entered in line no. {0} for the column {Column / Field Name} does not match the expected type. |
{Field Name}: Cannot be empty. |
{Field Name}: Is too short/long. Ensure this meets the set restrictions. |
First Name: Contains invalid characters: Letters, numbers or + - % _ , / ().£$!?@\' characters only. |
Last Name: Contains invalid characters: Letters, numbers or + - % _ , / ().£$!?@\' characters only. |
Login: File contains multiple users with the same login. |
Login: The file uploaded contains logins for users that already exist. |
Permission Group: The specified Permission Group does not exist or is a Permission Group higher than yours. |

Password Policy: The specified password does not meet the complexity requirements for the associated Password Policy. |
Primary Team: The specified Primary Team does not exist. |
Primary Team: File cannot be uploaded as you are not a member of team name. |
