To view how skills based routing is effected in a campaign, head over to the Campaign Manager page.


Side pane information

1 - Selecting a Campaign will open the side panel. If Skills Based Routing is in use, you will see a tab called 'Eligibility'.


2 - You will see some information pertaining to Skills displayed within the tab.


Leads Eligible Skilled - Total amount of data that qualifies for dialling, considering both the skills of the users currently logged in and the data available for dialling.


Skill Group Lead Distribution - A breakdown of data eligible for dialling, grouped by Skill Group with the corresponding users logged in. Don't forget, if you disable Skill-based Routing the below will continue to show the volumes of data that has each Skill Group assigned (you just won't see Users anymore).


Statistic Column

You can also add a column to the table in the Campaign Manager to show the number of Contacts eligible based on skills.


Leads Eligible Skilled - Total amount of data that qualifies for dialling, considering both the skills of the users currently logged in and the data available for dialling.


1 - To add this to your view, select 'Edit Columns' from any header on the table.


2 - In the right hand pane, select 'Leads Eligible Skilled (L Eligible S)' and hit SAVE.


3 - Move the column that's been added to the desired position in the table.
