This version of the product brings two new features; the Webchat Customer Data feature is now available to all users by default and we have improved the way we can send SMS messages from IVRs. As well as these features, there have been some general bug fixes, including one specific to the Queues page of the product.

Web Agent/Webchat Customer Data

Allow your users to provide a personalised experience by showing them enhanced information about each customer, including their IP Address, Location and Device Type. Perfect for teams who want to enhance their webchat services and build deeper customer relationships through a better understanding of customer behaviour. There is also the option of displaying the 'referrer website', the webpage address the customer was on when initiating the webchat. This feature is now out of it's Beta phase and is available to all customers by default who use webchat. Please see this guide for more information.

Manager Portal/SMS from IVR

Configure and send SMS messages directly from within an IVR. Whether that's sending an update on a customer-specific item, such as delivery status, or offering an alternative to customers waiting in a call queue, the process has been significantly simplified. Product Updates

To give you greater visibility of changes we have made in this release, please find below details of fixes, changes and enhancements to the product.

Manager Portal/Management

Queues. For clients with a large number of files, they were seeing a slow down on the loading on the queues page due to the 'Zip Tone' dropdowns needing to contain a large number of items. While the underlying cause of this load is being investigated, changes have been made to remove the immediate issues of slowness.

	As well as the highlighted areas above, there have also been some minor quality-of-life improvements and software stability fixes added to the product.
	New additions are currently in the Beta phase of production. You may see this icon for areas containing these features and changes within the product.
