On the DNC page you can see the telephone number which has been added to the DNC, who added it, the date it was added, any notes left when added and the category of DNC it was added too. You can also remove/delete leads from the DO NOT CALL list.

Searching for and removing a number

If a user wants to remove a number from the DNC list, the first option is to search for the number. To do this, there is a phone number search bar at the top of the screen where the number can be entered.  Next to this is a DNC category drop-down where the user can edit the search to look for certain categories of DNC.

Select the DNC category (if required), enter the number which is being removed and click search. This will search the DNC list for the number.

When searching for a number in the DNC list, it must be known that the system will search for the exact number that you search for (as you can see in Fig.3 above). It does not do partial matches to avoid mistakenly finding and deleting the wrong number.

Once the user has searched for and located the phone number they wish to remove, the next step is as simple as clicking on the ‘Delete’ button adjacent to the number being removed.  This will remove the number from the DNC list and make the number eligible to be dialled again.
